WINDY DAY is a 11” x 14” Unframed oil painted canvas Panel. This is a wonderful painting that fits so well on the wall of any room. This is a plein air painting, meaning it was painted outdoors. I painted it from my front porch. The day was very windy and the clouds flew by so quickly, I could barely keep up. The trees are bending a little from the wind. You can almost smell the sunny grass. The trees are done in a very impressionist style, with bold thick impasto touches. This is a really special painting that would make a wonderful gift. The painting is done on Professional quality canvas panel that is 1/4" thick.

This painting really captures the feeling of clouds moving across the sky on a windy day - I feel as if I could walk right into it and smell the trees and breathe the fresh air. I have several other works by this artist and love them all! Terrific customer service and very fast shipping.
