SEA SHORE STROLL is an original 11" x 14" oil painting on a gallery wrap canvas. The painting is of a beach at sunset. Silhouettes of people are strolling around in the setting sun. There is a couple walking hand in hand. A family is walking their dog. A man is fishing in the surf. The sky is an amazing mass of clouds, but there is one bank of clouds that picks up the rose of the sun. This is an impressionist painting with strong contrasts. it's painted with raised impasto paint and will enhance many color schemes. It will light up a room, especially if other objects pick up the vivid blues and rose colors, such as a pillow or a vase.
GALLERY WRAP CANVAS - The painting extends down over the sides of the canvas. The depth of the canvas is 1" wide. The sides are wood, and it's a pleasing honey oak color. Since it has wood sides, the painting does not need to be framed.
