PATH OF TOTALITY is an original 12”x16” oil painting on a high quality canvas panel. This is an incredible painting! It is a bright, colorful scene of what I image a total solar eclipse would look like. It’s painted in the style of Vincent Van Gogh, yet it depicts an Indiana scene. I am so inspired because this eclipse is a once in a lifetime event. We will be in the path of totality on April 8, 2024. This is an amazing painting that would light up any room you put it in. If you are lucky enough to witness this solar eclipse live, this will be a reminder of it.
There is an impressionistic feel to the whole painting which is very pleasing. The paint is applied with bold strokes and the colors are striking.
