RED ROSEBUSH is an original 12" x 12" UNFRAMED oil painting on a high quality canvas. This is a beautiful painting! The red roses are painted in Van Gogh’s style. I’ve studied his style of outlining flowers, using bold colors, and compositions. The background is painted in a yellow-gold color, just like his iris paintings. I paint the flowers in a “dibs and dabs” style of brushwork. This is a wonderful painting that will light up any room. The paint is applied with bold strokes and the colors are striking.
